Synopsis from Hallmark Channel:  A chance meeting between two strangers who share a disdain for Christmas results in The Mistletoe Promise, a pact to help them navigate their holiday complications – together. But as they spend more time with each other and experience the magic of Christmas the phony couple discovers there may be more to their contract than business. Based on the bestselling novel by Richard Paul Evans. Starring  Jaime King   and  Luke MacFarlane . Synopsis from Hallmark Channel:  Katie, a former professional ice skater (Patterson), is hired by the king of San Senova, Alexander, to help his daughter in a Christmas ice skating performance. The king is a widower and wants Katie and her friend to put on a special ice skating show for Christmas. Oh, and here's

There’s  nothing  wrong with  Lifetime  movies, and I don't want to give you the wrong impression. It's just that these movies follow the same general formula: the lead character is female (either a professional or a small business owner), the story deals with romantic relationships, and the male le
